Users may not attempt to avoid this Policy by:
intentionally miscategorizing an item;

Renters are responsible for using rented items lawfully and safely.
ShareGarage does not assume responsibility for determining whether every user's item or intended use complies with every law applicable to that user or transaction.
18. Changes to This Policy
ShareGarage may update this Policy as the marketplace develops, new risks arise, or legal requirements change.
Material changes may be communicated through the platform or other reasonable means.
19. Reporting a Prohibited Item
Users who encounter a listing they believe violates this Policy should report it through ShareGarage's available reporting or support tools.
