ShareGarage Services Privacy Policy Addendum

This addendum describes the independent Services directory. It supplements the existing ShareGarage Privacy Policy without changing the separate rules for item rentals.
Information collected
For Services listings, ShareGarage collects the service or business name, description, category, business phone number, selected service-area cities, work photographs, and photo-authenticity acknowledgment. Providers may also supply a separate logo, pricing, website and social links, a public business address, and an About the Provider description. ShareGarage records phone-display consent, versioned Services Listing Terms acceptance linked to the provider account with a timestamp, and information needed for moderation, reports, and administrative decisions.
Public and private information
Active, approved Services listings are accessible without signing in. A provider's business phone number is displayed as plain text only with explicit phone-display consent. Optional public business details, photographs, links, descriptions, and selected cities are displayed as listing content. ShareGarage does not add the provider's private account email or private residential address from account records to public Services listings. Providers should not put private or sensitive personal information into public descriptions, photographs, or links. An optional address is displayed only when the provider enters it as public business information.
Incomplete drafts, paused listings, listings held or removed by administrators, and listings from restricted accounts are not available through public Services pages. Providers can access their own private listings; authorized administrators can access information needed for moderation. Reports and administrative review details are not part of public listings.
How information is used
ShareGarage uses Services information for directory operation, discovery and filtering, account and listing management, consent records, moderation, investigating reports, security, troubleshooting, customer support, and necessary account or administrative communications. Providers and customers arrange services and payments directly outside ShareGarage. ShareGarage does not operate Services bookings, payments, customer-provider messaging, or reviews.
Public sharing and third-party links
Publicly posted listing information may be indexed, copied, cached, or shared by visitors and search engines. Pausing or removing a listing from ShareGarage does not remove copies held by others. Websites and social links are third-party destinations whose own privacy practices apply when visited.
Infrastructure and communications
ShareGarage uses Lovable Cloud for application hosting, listing and consent records, account authentication, and photo storage. Work photos and logos are stored in access-controlled storage; public display checks that the associated listing is publicly available. Account, authentication, and support emails use the platform's existing email-delivery infrastructure. Technology providers process information as needed to operate these services, consistent with the Service Providers and Transactional Communications sections of the existing Privacy Policy. Services listings do not initiate Stripe payments.
Provider controls and privacy requests
Providers can edit, pause, or remove their listings through My Services. Removal withdraws a listing from public access; it is not a promise of permanent deletion of all stored listing, photo, consent, report, or moderation records. Information retention and privacy rights remain subject to the existing Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Privacy requests and questions may be sent to support@share-garage.com.
